Acqua Di Selva is an aromatic fougere fragrance for men, which was launched in 1949 by Visconti Di Modrone. The fragrance has top notes of Lemon, Basil, Bergamot, Lavender and Rosemary before moving into the heart notes, which consist of Pine Tree, Thyme, Clary Sage, Cloves and Geranium. I n the base of the fragrance are Vetiver, Cedar, Musk and the rather unusual note of Peat. The fragrance is a classic, and is very much an old school one, but is still very wearable. It has a strong Citrus blast opening, before developing into a green woody fragrance with herbal notes. This is an excellent sporty fragrance or one to use in spring and summer. Elegant, modern, and long-lasting—ideal for the contemporary fragrance lover.
