Go to the shopWe have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@fragranza.uk. Our customer service team will guide you on how to return the parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return request is accepted, please attach the Royal Mail returns label to the outer packaging of the parcel and drop it into an official UK Post Office. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage. Please note that this service does not include insurance to the value of the goods. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Fragranza UK. Any items that are being returned to Fragranza UK need to be in there original packaging (i.e within the box that was delivered to you).
For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
if your item arrives damaged, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date, so we can address the issue and resolve for you. In case of a damaged item, we would need proof of damage (pictures of damaged item).
if there is any issue with the quality of product or if you not happy with the quality , then please get in touch with us to discuss the issue.
Any item return in case of quality issue , we need the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing then we will not entertain any refund or return.
Apart from quality issue all items must be returned unopened and in a fit condition unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
