In the first half of 2013 The Different Company launched 3 fragrances under their L'Espirit line, all created by Emilie (Bevierre) Coppermann. One of those was South Bay, a gender neutral woody aromatic fragrance with strong citrus and woody accords. The fragrance opens with notes of Grapefruit, Petitgrain and Tamarind before moving into the heart of Freesia, Rose Hip and Woody Notes and eventually down to the base notes of Sandalwood, Vetiver and White Suede. The fragrance manages to transform the Grapefruit note, from something that's usually harsh, into something that works amazingly well with the Vetiver to create a sophisticated fresh citrus fragrance for the summer months. Elegant, modern, and long-lasting—ideal for the contemporary fragrance lover.
