In 2006 The Different Company launched general neutral woody aromatic fragrance Sel De Vétiver, which was created by Celine Ellena. The fragrance has citrus notes in the head of the fragrance, with notes of Bergamot, Cardamom and Grapefruit in the opening. The heart of the fragrance is made up of Bourbon Geranium, Tahitian Vetiver and Ylang Ylang whilst the base notes are Bourbon Vetiver, Iris and Sea Salt. As with everything from The Different Company, the quality of each note is incredible and here the two vetiver notes are incredibly pure, which, when added to the Sea Salt, gives the feeling of a warm night by the beach, with crisp clean air and the salty spray being very present. The fragrance is bright, crisp, serene, calming and cosy. Elegant, modern, and long-lasting—ideal for the contemporary fragrance lover.
