The fragrance was announced as a ferocious and energising which included fitting ingredient to match the colour red. Polo Red by Ralph Lauren opens up with cranberry, lemon and grapefruit then move into a blend of sage and saffron then finishes off with Coffee amber and woods to create a scent that has strength masculinity character to it. The Cranberry and Grapefruit notes dominate the opening, and give it a sweet, fresh citrus head, whilst the coffee provides a gorgeous, sweet coffee base. The fragrance is a versatile one, usable all year round and is completely inoffensive, making it ideal for office wear. The noses behind the fragrance were created by Olivier Gillotin. Top notes: Cranberry, Italian lemon and grapefruit. Heart notes: Sage and saffron. Base notes: Coffee, amber and woods. How to Apply: Apply it to your body warmest points, such as crease of your elbows and wrists that intensifies longevity of the fragrance. Avoid rubbing after application as this will reduce the longevity of the fragrance. For wrist application, apply the fragrance after hand washing.
