Icon is an amber woody fragrance for men, which was created by Celine Ripert and launched in 2014 by Italian fashion house Police. The fragrance, which comes in an unique looking bird-shaped flacon, contains top notes of Strawberry, Pink Pepper and Cardamom. In the heart of the fragrance are notes of Patchouli, Lavender and Rosemary, whilst the base contains notes of Vanilla and Labdanum. The fragrance is a delightful one, where the Vanilla really stands out, and gives the scent a creaminess, which works wonderfully well with the Strawberry and spicy notes notes. The fragrance is a versatile one, which can be worn year round, though is as it's best in the cooler whether between late Fall and early Spring, as the Vanilla provides something of a warming cosiness.
