Eau Sans Pareil is an aromatic fougere fragrance for women, which was created by Beverley Bayne and launched in 2011 by Penhaligon's, as a reimagining of a fragrance of the same name launched in 1988, which was created by Francis Pickthall. The fragrance has top notes of Raspberry, Cypress, Aldehydes, Pineapple, Kumquat, Tagetes, Bergamot, Mandarin Orange and Neroli; the middle notes consist of Rose, Ylang-Ylang, Jasmine, Orris Root, Clove, African Orange flower, Lily-of-the-Valley and Liquorice; and base notes of Oak moss, Vetiver, Patchouli, Amber, Vanille, Musk, Virginia Cedar, Benzoin and French labdanum. The scent is sweet, juicy, with realistic grape notes, tart raspberry and a sparkling quality to it. This is wonderful for the Spring and Autumn. Elegant, modern, and long-lasting—ideal for the contemporary fragrance lover.
