In 1996 Jacques Huclier created A*Men for Mugler, in the years that followed there was several limited editions of the fragrance created by Huclier, with the third being A*Men Pure Havane, which was launched in 2011 and attempted to give the original fragrance a gourmand twist. This re-imagining of A*Men opens with notes of White Honey and Tobacco, before hitting the heart of Vanille, Cacao and Patchouli and then ending on notes of Amber, French Labdanum and Styrax. The opening really dominate this fragrance, with the Tobacco being the boss, but being held in check by the sweetness of the honey, making for an amazing fragrance that really hits home in the colder months of the year. Elegant, modern, and long-lasting—ideal for the contemporary fragrance lover.
