Launched in 2005 Alien is an amber woody fragrance for women from Mugler, housed in a truly unique bottle, for what is a very unique scent. It's a fragrance that was created by master perfumer Dominique Ropion and Laurent Bruyere, and it's become a huge hit for Mugler, much like Angel was in the 1990's. The fragrance has a top note of Indian Jasmine, a heart of Woodsy Notes and a base of White Amber. Despite the rather simple line up of notes, this is magical with the two creators showing what can be done with so little. From the off the Jasmine shines, introducing the fragrance in a sophisticated, sexy manner. After a while the Woodsy notes come out and make the fragrance intoxicating, blending with the Jasmine to create something unique, divine and then the Amber joins in and takes things to a new level.
