Cartier launched Declaration in 1998 as a sharp woody floral musk fragrance for men. The masculine fragrance processes a blend of bergamot, orange, coriander, cumin, ginger, cinnamon, leather, vetiver and oakmoss perfect for everyday wear. Declaration was created by Jean-Claude Ellena. Top notes: Mandarin orange, birch, coriander, caraway, artemisia, bitter orange, neroli and bergamot. Heart notes: Juniper, pepper, cinnamon, ginger, iris, guatemalan cardamom, jasmine and orris root. Base notes: Oakmoss, Tahitian vetiver, tea, amber, leather and cedar. How to Apply: Apply it to your body warmest points, such as crease of your elbows and wrists that intensifies longevity of the fragrance. Avoid rubbing after application as this will reduce the longevity of the fragrance. For wrist application, apply the fragrance after hand washing.
