Launched in 2016 "CK2" is a unisex fragrance launched in 2016 by Calvin Klein and created by Pascal Gaurin. Regarded as a woody aromatic fragrance "CK" is is a rather unique fragrance with top notes of Wasabi, Violet Leaf, Mandarin Orange and Pear. The middle notes are also quite unusual with Pebbles, Hedione, Orris Root, Peony and Rose whilst the base notes are Vetiver, White Musk, Sandalwood and Incense. The idea behind "CK2" was for Calvin Klein to revisit the unisex idea that had seen the original CK being such a big hit in the 1990's. Due to the Pebbles thus has quite a mineralistic scent, with a hefty dose of freshness, a touch of floral and a long kiss of an ozonic accords as we really do get something unique and unisex. Elegant, modern, and long-lasting—ideal for the contemporary fragrance lover.
