Bottega Veneta was the first fragrance from Italian house Bottega Veneta, who are better known for their high end Leather goods and their fashion designs. For their first fragrance Bottega Veneta brought in excellent perfumer Michel Almairac who created a Chypre Floral fragrance for women, under the direction of Tomas Maier. The fragrance has top notes of Pink Pepper and Bergamot, a middle note of Jasmine and base notes of Leather, Oakmoss and Patchouli. The fragrance is a relatively straight forward one, but one that is still a true delight, and is really a sweet leathery fragrance, with a touch of spice and a sprinkle of flowers. The leather is an exotic Leather and it gives the fragrance an interesting twist on Leather and makes it absolutely amazing to wear in the colder months of late Autumn and early Spring. Elegant, modern, and long-lasting—ideal for the contemporary fragrance lover.
