Launched in 2013 Fashion Decree, by Atkinsons, is a Chypre fragrance for women that's very much built from the base upwards. The base note, Patchouli leaf, is the dominant note, but it's also a soft, almost transparent Patchouli, which shines here, but doesn't mute the other notes. Instead it allows the Pink Pepper top note to do it's think, and it also plays well with the middle notes of Iris and Magnolia. Together the notes blend to create an elegant, sophisticated fragrance for women. Elegant, modern, and long-lasting—ideal for the contemporary fragrance lover.
